Obituary of Olga "Ollie" Krueger / Leonard

Peacefully Ollie passed away November 19, 2017 in Morris, Manitoba at the age of 86 years.

Ollie is survived by her children: Helen (De Boismier) Krueger, Barry, Patricia (Andy) Landry, Ronald (Doreen), Lynsay (Wayne) Nordin.  Ollie is also lovingly survived by all her grandchildren and great grandchildren who enriched her life.  She was predeceased by her first husband Edward Albert Krueger, her second husband James Leonard, her parents Mike & Anne Popadynec, and siblings: Anton, Mike, Joe, Alec, Minnie and Sophie.

Mom’s life mission was touching people’s lives.  Her compassion for others was insurmountable.  Mom’s commitment to bring joy to others be it for a moment or a lifetime was always her goal.  Please remember Mom for her infectious humour, wit and outpouring of love, which she effortlessly instilled in all her children.

A celebration of Ollie’s life will be at a later date.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Michael Fraser (who worked tirelessly helping mom); all the kind and caring staff at the Morris General Hospital and the St. Boniface Hospital (PD Unit).  A very special thank you to Yvette Habes who was like a daughter to mom.
