Obituary of Rheal Lemoine

Following a battle with cancer, Rhéal Lemoine passed away October 29, 2016 at the St. Pierre Hospital at the age of 66 years. Rhéal is survived by his wife Béatrice (Caron); mother Thérèse Lemoine; Son: Martin (Melanie) their children Amélie and Niko; daughter: Nicole (Nick Houle) and their daughter Mila. Rhéal was predeceased by his father Edmond Lemoine and brother Emile Lemoine. He loved watching his children’s and grandchildren’s hockey and ringette. He was always ready to give a helping hand to anyone who needed it, but the last one to ask for help himself. There was always a cold beer in the fridge for anyone who dropped in. He will be sadly missed by family and friends. The funeral service will be held Friday, November 4, 2016 at 4:00pm at the Ste. Agathe Roman Catholic Church. Eulogy will be shared prior to the funeral mass at 3:45pm. Inurnment will take place in the Ste. Agathe Parish Cemetery. The family wishes to thank CancerCare and the St. Pierre Hospital Palliative Care Unit and Staff for all the tremendous care and compassion during Rhéal’s stay in the hospital. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Rhéal’s memory to CancerCare Manitoba.
