Obituary of Shirley Jean Diamond

Unexpectedly Shirley passed away May 7, 2019 at the Morris General Hospital at the age of 77 years.

She is survived by her two sons: Sean (Eve) Diamond, their children Caitlyn (Everett) Peters, Remington and Hunter; Kevin (Frances Scott) Diamond and children Gavin, Dawson, Shayden, and Tristan Scott; one sister Shiela (Ron) McLean, niece Becky; one brother Bob (Vivien) Parkinson and three great grandchildren.

Shirley’s main passion was working with Michael Tham on the creation of amazing works of art with flowers.  She enjoyed gardening, long walks, knitting and cross-stitch, and the beauty of a clean and tidy house.  She showed her love to people by sending cards to those she cared about.

A celebration of life will be held for family and close friends on May 13, 2019 at the Rosewood Apartments in Rosenort from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.

The family wishes to thank the first responders of the Rosenort Fire Department, the Morris Paramedics, and doctors and nurses at the St. Pierre and Morris Hospitals.
