Obituary of Aaron Friesen

Aaron suddenly passed away July 28th, 2019 outside of Rosenort, Manitoba at 21 years of age due to a car accident.

Aaron is survived by his parents Bernie and Cheryl Friesen, his older sister Jayelle Friesen-Enns and her husband Nikolas, his grandparents Herm and Eleanor Martens and Sara Friesen as well as numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins. 

Aaron is predeceased by his grandparents Peter and Elizabeth Friesen. 

Aaron was an avid and passionate truck driver who was affectionately known as “Big Mack” by the trucking community. He loved farming, big trucks, and open roads. Aaron became a member through baptism at Rosenort Fellowship Chapel in June of 2018 where he was an usher and an honorary big brother to many children. 

The funeral service will be held Sunday August 4th, 3:30pm at the Morris Multiplex with a burial preceding the service at 2pm at the Rosenort EMC Cemetery. 

The family wishes to thank the trucking community, the church community, and all of their family and friends for their support and prayers during this difficult time. 

In lieu of flowers and in Aaron’s memory, donations may be made to Big Rigs Big Hearts.
