Obituary of Hilda Penner

Hilda Penner (nee Kasdorf) passed away October 31, 2021 at the Emerson Health Centre at the age of 91 years. Hilda is survived by one daughter Kathy (Rene); two sons: Edwin and Herb; grandchildren: Taylor (Randy), Alicia (Alex), Shayne, Connor, Cory (Lauren); great grandchildren: Ehkko and Huxley; and her youngest brother Rudy. Hilda was predeceased by her first husband Conelius (in 1967) and second husband Henry (in 1976); her parents Isaac and Katherina; sisters: Mary and Katie; brothers: Isaac and Reno. Hilda loved cooking, knitting, crocheting, baking and bingo. She belonged to the Ladies Auxiliary Legion. Hilda loved her family and enjoyed nothing more than spending time together sharing a meal. A private family graveside funeral will be held at the Dominion City Cemetery. A video of the funeral will be shared below this obituary ata later date.
