I’ve had the good fortune to know Noel since I was a young man. I can’t think of a more genuine, loving, and hard working man, whose heart was almost as big as his smile. The world is a lesser place without him. He was an exceptional husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather, that valued, and loved his family unconditionally. Noel had a great sense of humour, and when it came to a game of cards with family, was as competitive as they come! I don’t think I beat that man once in a game of farmer! He will be missed by all who had the pleasure to know him. A life… well lived. Be at peace Noel, you’ve earned it.
