Jennifer and I met at Village Child Care. We clicked right away as friends! I was drawn to her commitment to the ECE field and always wanting to learn from others every day. She was so great with the children she worked with. Her personality was was bubbly, warming and inviting. I loved her quarky sense of humour and she was the most kindest, most strongest woman I’ve ever met! She never complained about her issues, and always looked on the bright side of life, she’s definitely someone I could turn too and depend on to cheer me up. She referred to herself as a Ninja, which is so fitting. She had the best words and thoughts and always wrote me notes, ‘just because’. After I moved to Teulon MB it was definitely harder to keep in touch, but will cherish the memories I have of her visit she and her family made, it was the best weekend. I’m thankful I got to meet her for dinner last October with a couple other VCCI coworkers. I have special memories of this special friend, and will always feel her presence with me (especially when the song Inner Ninja by Classified comes on!) Jenn I love you, and miss you already!
