Obituary of Gertrude Boaler

Peacefully Trudy passed away November 11, 2023 at the Southland Care Centre in Calgary, Alberta at the age of 97 years. She is survived by her son Grant (Anne) Boaler of Calgary. Trudy was predeceased by her husband Lewis Boaler; brothers Heinz Neumann; Brothers in-law George Boaler, Henry Boaler, Colin Boaler, and Allan Boaler; sisters in-law Lillian Boaler, Nora Johnson, Elsie Nicol, and Mary Brad. Trudy was an active member of the Lutheran Church and Bible Studies. She loved family activities and was fond of crocheting. The funeral service for Trudy Boaler will be held Saturday, November 25, 2023 at 1:00pm at the Morris United Church. Inurnment will take place at the Otterburne West Cemetery. The family wish to thank all the friends and family for their prayers and support during this time. We also want to thank all the staff at the Southwood Care Facility. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Morris Lutheran/United Church Memorial Fund.
