Obituary of Norbert Denis Joseph Chartier

Norbert Chartier of Aubigny, Manitoba peacefullypassed away on January 4, 2025,at the Boundary Trails Health Centre at the age of 68 years. Norbert is survived by his brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews: Leonne (Luis) Alonso Children: Irene, Alvaro (Laura) (their daughter Paula), and Raul Aurore Denise Nicole Daughter Kerina David Son Eric Antoine (Terra Lynn) Daughter Reba (Andy) Krahn (their daughter Paige) Colette (Donald) Taylor Children: Danica and Colin Gérald (DeeZell) Children: Beauden, Aunika, Benton, Landon and Branson. Norbert was predeceased by his parents Emilien (1993) and Emerence (née Ouimet) (1998) and his siblings Norbert (1953), Michel (1972) and Juliette (2001). Norbert was a man who truly lived life on his own terms. He led a simple life and enjoyed country living. He resided in his childhood home up until he was admitted to hospital. He enjoyed playing cards “500”, fishing, hunting, working on vehicles, riding motorcycles, snowmobiling and helping local farmers during seeding and harvesting. Cremation has taken place, and a private interment will take place at a later date. The family would like to express a heartfelt thanks to those who supported Norbert during his last years due to his declining health: Irene Chartier, Philippe and Bridget Chartier, Paul and Dianne Kennedy, Terra Lynn Corrigan, Andy and Reba Krahn. Your unwavering help and support were truly appreciated. The family wishes to send a special thank you to the staff at Boundary Trails Health Centre for their wonderful care.
